Vacancy: Claims handler at Maesstad in Rotterdam
Who are we?
Maesstad is a financial services company based in Rotterdam.
We operate for companies in the SME segment and large business, specializing in customization for companies operating in the logistics services industry.
Due to growth of our company, we are looking for a claims handler.
Job Description:
You will independently handle claims from entry to final settlement and do so in an underwriting and commercially responsible manner.
You also perform administrative operations in the customer system (ANVA)
In doing so, you have frequent contact with stakeholders such as clients (international), insurers, experts, lawyers, etc.
Features:
Some experience in a similar position is a plus
At least a diploma WFT Adviser Schadeverzekering Zakelijk and PE Compliant
You have a good command of Dutch and also speak and write English fluently
Team player, proactive, stress resistant, communicatively strong, solution oriented and does not get easily thrown off track
