Our office is advisory free. This means that we have no contractual obligation to advise you to choose the financial products of certain insurance companies, banks and/or mortgage providers. Periodically we make a selection of the financial products and services that banks and insurance companies carry.

You will receive a confirmation within 5 working days in which we explain the follow-up procedure to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
Maesstad B.V. is also a member of the Insurance Complaints Institute. If in your opinion we have not satisfactorily responded to your complaint you can approach this independent complaints institute.
