Our office is a member of Adfiz, the largest trade association of independent financial intermediaries in the Netherlands. On their site you will find, among other things, information about the strict requirements our office must meet as an Adfiz member.

More than ever, the topics of professionalism, expertise and integrity are topics of conversation in our industry. Gathering knowledge and keeping it up to date is a normal part of a professional business. The regulator AFM likes to see professional competence translated into the possession of diplomas and sets requirements for programs under the Wft PE. Since we as an office meet all legal requirements, we are listed in the RiFD register.

We constantly take great care to ensure the quality of our services. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not satisfied. If so, we would like to hear from you, because we take complaints about our services very seriously. We have an internal complaints procedure and are affiliated with the Financial Services Complaints Institute (KiFiD).
